According to the new resolution, the base rate for calculating the salaries of employees has been set at 7,040 soms.
In addition, the document outlines new working conditions, a tariff grid for key employees, as well as coefficients for calculating the salaries of technical and junior support staff.
Changes have also been made to the structure of the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Now the total number of agency employees will be 6,281, of which 770 will represent technical and support personnel.
The previous resolutions regarding the diving service have been revoked.
The Ministry notes that these changes are aimed at improving the wage system and enhancing the efficiency of rescue services.
The new system will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
