The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, has approved the appointment of Ruslan Suynaliev as Minister of Finance, as reported by the press service of the head of state.
Before taking this position, Suynaliev worked as the First Deputy Minister of Finance since September 2022. His previous career also includes the position of Deputy Chairman of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Finance.
Ruslan Suynaliev was born in the village of Ken-Bulun, located in the Issyk-Ata District of the Chui Region. He graduated from the Tokmok Technical Institute of the Kyrgyz Technical University named after I. Razakov with a degree in "Enterprise Economics."
He began his professional career in 1993 at the collective farm "Ken-Bulun," where he worked as a weighmaster. Throughout his career, he worked in tax authorities both in the Chui Region and in Bishkek, progressing from inspector to head of district tax departments. He also led tax services in the Sokuluk and Sverdlovsk districts.
Suynaliev holds the special title of First Rank Tax Service Advisor.
