Temporary Measures

Temporary initiatives are being introduced in the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic aimed at simplifying the process of obtaining technical passports for shared housing participants and consent for the transfer of rights. This information was provided by the Bishkek City Hall.

The city authorities will assist participants in the shared construction of apartment buildings being erected on municipal land plots in obtaining technical passports. This will allow them to expedite the documentation process and secure their rights to residential property.

However, there are certain conditions: builders or tenants working on municipal land must provide the city hall with a deposit of at least 10% of the total number of apartments or premises (including options for self-finishing). This will serve as a guarantee for the city that the builder will purchase the land in the future and that there will be no difficulties in formalizing residential properties.

The city hall emphasizes that the measure being implemented is temporary. It was introduced in accordance with the directive of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov concerning the resolution of issues related to the issuance of technical passports to participants in the shared construction of apartment buildings.
