It is important to note that the project has been implemented since last year as part of the state capital investment program and is being carried out by the road construction management No. 1 of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol-North," which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic. The total length of the road is 12.4 km, and the first layer of asphalt concrete was laid on 6.7 km of this section in 2025.
As part of the reconstruction, the road is planned to be expanded to four lanes, pedestrian sidewalks will be constructed, a modern lighting system will be installed, and new trees will be planted to replace those previously cut down.
