According to information provided by local authorities on March 23, the process of numbering trees on the boulevard is part of the work to create a unified registry of green spaces in Bishkek. Each tree will receive an individual number.
"The city administration is actively working on developing a unified registry of green spaces, which is the result of a decision made at the meeting of the Environmental Council. This proposal received support from the public, which called for all trees in the city to be included in the registry," the city hall noted.
