
According to information provided by local authorities, work is actively continuing in Bishkek to demolish structures that were placed in violation of land legislation.
The city hall commission has decided to terminate contracts with the structures located at the intersection of Patrice Lumumba and Volkova streets.
The Land Use Control Department has begun the demolition of lightweight trading pavilions as part of these activities.
A total of 12 structures have been identified in this area, of which 4 pavilions have already been demolished. Work on the remaining 8 structures is ongoing.
The aim of these activities is to free municipal land and improve the urban environment.
Additionally, there are plans to landscape the area managed by the First May District Administration to bring it in line with sanitary and aesthetic standards.
