She noted that work is currently underway to create curricula and programs for specialized training in general education schools. In grades 10-12, 28 specialties will be offered within the framework of six areas of industrial professions.
Sataeva emphasized that the main goal of specialized education is to prepare students for an effective career and adaptation to the modern labor market, as well as to provide them with practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary for successful work in their chosen professional field. Students will also receive a state certificate in their profession.
It is important to note that in the 2025-2026 academic year, the first stage of the transition to a 12-year education system will begin: six-year-old children will enter the first grade, while seven-year-olds who have completed the preparatory course under the "Narisete" program will be enrolled in the second grade.
In the following 2026-2027 academic year, the transition to 12-year education will affect grades 3-8. Further plans include the implementation of specialized education in grades 10-12.
