The illegally installed fence at the corner of Chuy Avenue and Panfilov Street was dismantled by the Land Use Control Department. This was reported by the Bishkek City Hall.
According to official data, residents of neighboring houses unlawfully fenced off municipal land by installing a fence and gates.
“This structure had already been dismantled, but shortly after, the fence was rebuilt. In this regard, after the repeated dismantling, the structure was seized and sent to the impound lot. The owners can retrieve it by paying the fine and the dismantling costs. We remind you that the repeated installation of such structures on municipal land is not permitted,” the statement said.
