In his address, Putin emphasized the importance of the return of the flag and anthem at international sports arenas, calling this event "a common great victory." The President highlighted that for three decades, the Paralympic Committee of Russia has been fulfilling a significant social mission, facilitating the integration of people with disabilities into adaptive sports and helping to reveal their talents.
The head of state also added that thanks to such consistent work, Russian athletes demonstrate high results at world and European championships, as well as at the summer and winter Paralympic Games.
Putin expressed wishes for further success and good luck to athletes, coaches, staff, and veterans of the committee in their responsible activities.
