The competition started in November 2025 with the participation of five teams from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Each team played 16 matches both at home and away. The top four teams earned the right to participate in the playoffs, which will be held in a best-of-seven format.
As a result of the regular tournament, "Uchur" from Bishkek took second place and advanced to the semifinals, while the team "Alga" finished its performances in fifth place.
