Kazbek Moldazhiyev, head of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports of the Kyrgyz Republic, met with the wrestlers of Kyrgyz kurash who achieved success at the II World Games of National Sports.
As it became known, these events took place in October in Cheboksary, located in the Chuvash Republic of Russia.
The meeting was also attended by Ulukbek Omurbekov, director of the Directorate for National Sports, Ryskeldi Shamiyev, president of the Kyrgyz kurash federation, Turatbek Toichubekov, vice president, senior coach Azizbek Aitmurzay uulu, and the athletes themselves.
Moldazhiyev congratulated the wrestlers on their achievement and wished them good luck in future competitions. In addition, he presented commemorative medals "100 Years of Kyrgyz Sport" to Ryskeldi Shamiyev and Turatbek Toichubekov.
As a result of the tournament, the Kyrgyzstan national team in Kyrgyz wrestling took third place in the team standings.

1st place - Tolubai Shukurov, 60 kg;
1st place - Arlen Estebesov, 66 kg;
1st place - Bakhtiyar Mirlan uulu, +90 kg;
2nd place - Nazarbek Kosmosbek uulu, 72 kg;
1st place - Myktybek Omurzak uulu, 84 kg;
1st place - Azizkhan Musabek uulu, 90 kg;
It is worth noting that this was the second World Games in which the Kyrgyzstan national team in Kyrgyz wrestling participated.
