On October 30, President Sadyr Japarov was briefed on the testing of remote voting being conducted by the Central Election Commission as part of the preparation for the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh. This was reported by the press service of the president's administration.

The head of state visited a polling station organized in one of the shopping centers in Bishkek, where he participated in the test voting.

The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, showed the president how the voting equipment works and explained the features of remote voting. During the testing, the system also demonstrated a mechanism that prevents repeated voting: when attempting to undergo online identification at another polling station, the program notified that the voter had already voted and did not issue a ballot.

We remind you that the testing of remote voting is being carried out by the Central Election Commission at all polling stations in the country and in some cities of Russia. Earlier, such tests were conducted on October 10 and 20 of this year to familiarize citizens with the new system and to check its reliability and convenience.
