The program is available for specialists from various fields: education, medicine, social protection, the agro-industrial sector, culture, sports, as well as for civil servants working in the offices of rural district akims (excluding the akims themselves and their deputies).
Main conditions of the program:
- the one-time payment is 100 MRP (in 2025 this will be 393,200 tenge or about 65,525 soms);
- preferential loan for the purchase or construction of housing with an annual interest rate of 1%;
- the maximum loan amount can reach 2,500 MRP (9,830,000 tenge or about 1,638,000 soms), depending on the region;
- the loan term is up to 15 years.
- availability of a diploma of technical, vocational, higher, or postgraduate education;
- specialists who receive the loan must work for at least three years in their specialty in an organization located in a rural settlement of their region;
- absence of overdue debts on previous loans.
