The Central Election Commission fined candidate Aydarbekov 7,500 soms for premature campaigning.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has published information about complaints and violations in the Registry concerning the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh, scheduled for November 30.
According to data published in the Registry, on October 29, photos and videos appeared on the WhatsApp messenger capturing a meeting of Chingiz Aydarbekov, a candidate for deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh from district No. 21, with residents of the village of Sarban.
This information was registered in the AIS "Information Accounting Journal" on November 6 under number 02-828-2025-000589. As a result of the investigation conducted, on November 7, the Investigative Department of the GKNB in Bishkek decided not to initiate a criminal case, citing paragraph 2 of part 1 of article 27 of the Criminal Procedure Code due to the absence of elements of a crime.
On the same day, the case materials were forwarded for analysis to the Working Group on Voter Information and Campaign Rules at the CEC. On November 11, CEC members reviewed the Working Group's decision to impose a fine of 7,500 soms for violating campaign deadlines.
Chingiz Aydarbekov, for his part, stated that there was no campaigning during the meeting, as he did not call for votes for himself.
The Chairman of the Central Commission, Tynchtyk Shainazarov, emphasized that after the announcement of the election date by President Sadyr Japarov, all candidates must understand that their actions will be evaluated from a political perspective. As a result of the discussion, CEC members approved the Working Group's decision to impose a fine.
