In the competition, which had a prize fund of 12 million soms, rural administrations from mountainous and border areas, as well as other rural administrations, participated.
Winners among rural administrations in mountainous and border areas:
- 1st place: Suu-Bashy rural administration from the Batken region with a prize of 3 million soms;
- 2nd place: Kashka-Suu rural administration from the Chon-Alai region with a prize of 2 million soms;
- 3rd place: Kanysh-Kyya rural administration from the Chatkal region with a prize of 1 million soms.
- 1st place: Issyk-Kul rural administration from the Tyup region with a prize of 3 million soms;
- 2nd place: Dostuk rural administration from the Alamudun region with a prize of 2 million soms;
- 3rd place: Saidykum rural administration from the Bazar-Korgon region with a prize of 1 million soms.
The evaluation of the competitions was conducted based on several socio-economic criteria, including access to clean drinking water, maintenance of public order, landscaping, improvement of the ecological situation, poverty reduction, as well as the development of cultural, sports, and entrepreneurial initiatives, management of municipal property, attracting investments, and effective use of financial resources.
