At a press conference in Bishkek, held as part of the CSTO summit, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko stated that attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on Russian energy infrastructure have affected Russia's allies. This was reported by the publication "Kommersant".

He emphasized that the consequences could be serious: "Tomorrow you won't have anything to travel on!" noted Lukashenko.

The President of Belarus added that two Belarusian oil refineries are now operating for the Kyrgyz market, following preliminary discussions with Vladimir Putin about the current situation.

Lukashenko also emphasized: "We have provided the Kyrgyz with part of the resources previously available to the Russians and established cooperation with you!"

The meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council is taking place in Bishkek on November 27, with the participation of the Presidents of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Russia Vladimir Putin, Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and CSTO Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov.
