The Mayor of Bishkek voted at one of the capital's polling stations

The mayor of the capital, Aybek Junushaliev, participated in the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, voting at polling station No. 1220.
According to the press service of the Bishkek city hall, 296 polling stations were opened for voting in the capital, each equipped with automatic ballot boxes for counting votes. Election commission operators underwent special training to work with the new devices.

In Bishkek, 296 precinct election commissions have been organized, covering four districts: 233 stations are located in urban areas, while 63 are in the districts of Chui region.
To improve the accessibility of voting, the Central Election Commission also opened 11 remote voting stations. These stations are located in major shopping centers, markets, as well as at Manas International Airport and the National Hospital.
