At a briefing on November 30, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Almaz Imangaziev reported that by 12:00 Bishkek time, 3,722 Kyrgyz citizens had voted in the elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh taking place abroad.
This year, 100 polling stations have been opened overseas, which is double the number compared to previous elections. These stations are operating in 34 countries, covering 89 cities around the world.
The largest number of stations, according to the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has been organized in the Russian Federation, where a significant portion of Kyrgyz citizens reside. In Russia, 31 stations have been opened, which meets the high demand for voting.
Additionally, stations have been established in the following countries:

    • Turkey — 8,

    • Kazakhstan — 7,

    • USA — 6,

    • South Korea — 4,

    • Italy — 3,

    • Germany, China, UAE, Saudi Arabia — 2 stations each.
Imangaziev noted that voting in the Russian Federation began at 02:00 Bishkek time, and the process is proceeding actively. He added that positive information is coming in that our citizens are coming to the polling stations and voting.

The deputy minister emphasized that the Kyrgyz state has created all the necessary conditions for comfortable and accessible voting for citizens abroad. "Regardless of where our citizens are — at work, studying, or temporarily residing — they only need to contact the nearest embassy or go to an open polling station to vote. Changes have been made to the legislation to simplify the process," he noted.

Imangaziev also urged Kyrgyz citizens abroad to actively participate in the elections and exercise their constitutional rights.
In Kyrgyzstan, voting is taking place on November 30 for the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh, where 460 candidates are participating. The country is divided into 30 electoral districts, from which three deputies will be elected to parliament based on the highest number of votes received.
