Osmonkanova Gulai Namatovna
Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Honored Worker of the National Academy of Sciences.
Born in 1951. In 1975, she graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry of Kyrgyz State University.
Currently, she is the scientific secretary of the Department of Chemical Technology, Medical-Biological, and Agricultural Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
She is a specialist in the field of chemistry and technology of the natural polymer cellulose. Her scientific research is dedicated to studying the features of the acetylation reaction of cellulose in the presence of Lewis acids used as catalysts.
She has been awarded Honorary Certificates from the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The invention "Food Product 'IKHTAN'," developed in co-authorship, has been implemented in the city polyclinic No. 3 in Bishkek and has shown tonic and anti-diabetic properties.
More than 30 scientific papers have been published, and she is the author of 2 inventions.
