What Has Become More Expensive and Cheaper in Kyrgyzstan: Price Monitoring of Products

- The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry conducted a comparative analysis of food prices covering Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Kazakhstan.

During the monitoring in the Kyrgyz Republic, the following changes were noted:

Prices for a number of products in the KR increased:
spaghetti — by 3.1%,
vermicelli — by 3.1%,
onions — by 2.8%, potatoes — by 1.5%,
wheat flour bread of the first grade — by 1.5%,
local wheat flour of the first grade — by 1.3%,
eggs — by 1.2%,
unsalted butter (not less than 72%, without additives and vegetable fats) — by 0.9%, horns — by 0.7%,
tandoor bread — by 0.7%,
refined sunflower oil — by 0.3%,
pasteurized milk with a fat content of 2.5–3.2% — by 0.1%,
imported wheat flour of the first grade — by 0.1%.

At the same time, a decrease in prices was observed for the following goods:
carrots — by 6.2%,
rice — by 0.2%,
sugar — by 0.2%.
