In Jalal-Abad, 3% of voters participated in the parliamentary elections

As of 10:00 AM, the voter turnout in the Jalal-Abad region was 3%, which corresponds to approximately 22,000 voters. This information was provided by representatives of the president in the region.

Five electoral districts have been formed in the region, and the number of open polling stations has reached 460. The total number of registered voters in the region is 796,756.

Tilek Tekebaev, the president's representative, voted at polling station No. 2118, located in the village of Barpy in the Suzak district.

He urged the population to actively participate in the elections, emphasizing that every vote matters for the future of the country. Tekebaev also noted that remote voting provides additional conveniences for citizens.

We remind you that today, extraordinary elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh are taking place in Kyrgyzstan. The country has formed 30 multi-mandate districts, and three deputies will be elected to parliament from each district. In total, the Jogorku Kenesh consists of 90 deputies. There are 4,294,243 citizens registered on the voter list.
