Today, November 30, at 08:00 Ankara time (11:00 Bishkek time), polling station No. 9036 was opened at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey for the early elections of deputies to the Jogorku Kenesh.
According to information from the embassy, the State Anthem of Kyrgyzstan was played at the beginning of the polling station's operation, after which the members of the electoral commission began their duties.
The first to vote was Ruslan Kazakbaev, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Turkey, who emphasized the importance of active citizen participation in shaping the country's parliament.
Currently, there are a total of eight polling stations open in Turkey for citizens of Kyrgyzstan:
- No. 9036 — Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ankara;
- No. 9077 — Kayseri;
- No. 9078 — Eskişehir;
- No. 9035 — Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Istanbul;
- No. 9079 — Bursa;
- No. 9080 — Izmir;
- No. 9056 — Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Antalya;
- No. 9081 — Alanya.
