Junusov noted that at this time, the number of statements and complaints received by the prosecutor's office in the context of the early elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh has not changed.

“One of the six representations led to a disciplinary sanction against one of the employees. Three workers were dismissed, and two cases are currently under consideration,” Junusov specified.
The prosecutor emphasized that according to the Constitutional Law on the elections of the president and deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh, the interference of state and municipal officials, as well as employees of budget-funded organizations, in campaigning activities in support of candidates is strictly prohibited.
“It is also worth noting that on September 30, the president of our country stated in his address that any officials who interfere in the electoral process will be held accountable, regardless of their position,” Junusov added.
He also mentioned that the Central Election Commission, the General Prosecutor's Office, and other state bodies have already issued warnings to both the public and officials regarding this issue. The General Prosecutor's Office is actively addressing this problem and conducting relevant activities, he concluded.
