Rakhmanov was invited to a meeting of the working group of the Central Election Commission (CEC) on December 4, where he confirmed his claims but was unable to provide any documents or other evidence of the broadcast of the mentioned videos.
The Commission reminded that according to Article 43 of the constitutional law, all complaints must be substantiated and supported by evidence. The working group concluded that Rakhmanov's arguments lack sufficient corroboration and are merely speculative, making them unacceptable as evidence.
As a result, the CEC rejected Rakhmanov's complaint in accordance with the current electoral legislation.
