The president clarified that this concerns people who were previously detained on corruption charges, as well as those who lost their incomes due to the dismantling of shadow schemes and transferred their property to the state through court decisions.
He said: "These are the ones who are leaving their positions and trying to take revenge for personal gain."
Japarov added that he recently had a meeting with one of these individuals in the presence of Kamchybek Tashiev.
The head of state reported: "We told him directly: 'Almazbek Atambayev did not call you a "jackal" and “kuzgun” for no reason. It would be better for you to live peacefully, take care of your grandchildren, and stay at home.' He has not changed," the president emphasized.
Furthermore, Japarov noted that rumors about problems with residential complexes built by the companies "KG Group" and "Ikhsan" are being spread through social networks and bloggers. The president assured that work on completing the construction and legalizing these facilities is ongoing.
According to him: "We will gradually complete these buildings: we will legalize them and connect them to electricity. Solving the remaining issues will take time, but everything will be done."
In conclusion of his address, the president stated that attempts to overthrow the government through chaos will not succeed.
He emphasized: "There will be no coups. First of all, we will not create conditions for a coup. Secondly, our state has become stronger than before. Thirdly, the people understand whom to support and who should be in power."
Japarov concluded: "Now coups will only exist in your dreams. Looting, robbery, greed, and attempts to seize power, as it was before, should remain only in your fantasies."
