According to information provided by the Traffic Safety Department of the Talas Regional Internal Affairs Directorate, Colonel of Police Mustapaqul Nazarov, responsible for road safety, held a conversation with the violator who had entered the oncoming lane. As a result, a fine of 15,000 soms was imposed for this violation.
The incident occurred when a "Honda" vehicle entered the oncoming direction during road cleaning and salting operations conducted by the traffic inspectors.
The Traffic Safety Department emphasized that entering the oncoming lane poses a serious threat to road safety and can lead to dangerous consequences.
