In his speech, Turgunbek Uulu emphasized the activities of the new VIII convocation of the Jogorku Kenesh, highlighting that its members, who have undergone a rigorous selection process, are focused on legislative support for the sustainable development of the country.

According to the speaker, the previous parliament was sometimes perceived not as a constructive platform but as a center for political games, which led to complex situations in the country. However, over the past five years, the Jogorku Kenesh has significantly contributed to positive changes by timely adopting necessary legislation and working closely with the executive branch. In the future, he intends to continue fulfilling his duties, maintaining a balance of power and expressing constructive criticism when necessary.
Turgunbek Uulu also noted that the VIII convocation began its work by discussing important legislative initiatives, including the approval of the draft republican budget for 2026. "This document is a testament to the financial stability of our state for the upcoming year. The deputies will closely monitor its implementation, using all their powers," he added.

Furthermore, the speaker addressed pressing societal issues. He expressed concern that the modern generation is using artificial intelligence, which could negatively impact education. "We are witnessing students increasingly resorting to the help of AI, unable to complete even simple tasks on their own. This raises serious concerns. If we rely solely on technology, what will happen to the knowledge of future generations? We need to develop appropriate legislative initiatives," he emphasized.

The speaker also mentioned how modern technologies, such as neural networks, are affecting the music industry: "Today, it is difficult to distinguish whether a song is performed by a live voice or using AI. Artificial intelligence can even reproduce the voices of deceased performers. In this regard, comprehensive work in this area is necessary. We cannot avoid the influence of AI, and we need to use it for good," noted Nurlanbek Turgunbek Uulu.

In conclusion of his speech, the speaker urged the participants of the Kurultai to discuss not only current issues but also global questions that determine the future of Kyrgyzstan and to propose important initiatives for the further development of the country.
