As of today, artificial intelligence poses the greatest threat, noted the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, in his speech at the fourth people's kurultai on December 25. In his opinion, the rapid integration of technology into people's daily lives raises serious concerns.

Turgunbek uulu emphasized the need for the development of new technologies and innovations, as well as the importance of taking precautionary measures to minimize potential harm from artificial intelligence. "To create an educated society, education must become a priority. Unfortunately, the current state of the education sector and intellectual property is significantly influenced by artificial intelligence. Today, both schoolchildren and university students often rely on AI to perform even the simplest tasks, instead of using their knowledge and skills. We may face a problem that undermines traditional diligence in studying. It is important that we educate our generation without shifting all responsibility onto AI. If neural networks start doing all the work, what kind of education can we talk about? Society must recognize this problem, and we need to adopt appropriate legislative initiatives," he added.

The speaker also expressed regret that artificial intelligence is capable of performing songs by artists such as Atai Ogombai, Myskhal Omurkanov, and Toktogul, using ordinary prompts. "Today, people cannot always distinguish whether a song is performed by AI or a live artist. Furthermore, there are videos where the dead speak words. This creates serious risks. We must take important steps in this direction," noted Turgunbek uulu.

In conclusion, he added that parliament deputies must justify the trust of citizens not by the quantity of bills but by their quality.
