As for infrastructure, 53 educational institutions will be upgraded to the level of a standard school, and 220 schools will receive STEM equipment. Furthermore, considering the mountainous regions, 50% of kindergartens will be connected to high-speed internet, and 85% of teachers will be provided with laptops and modern teaching tools.
