At the IV People's Kurultai, President Sadyr Japarov expressed gratitude to Kamchybek Tashiev, head of the State Committee for National Security, for his efforts in addressing border issues.
In his speech to the delegates, Japarov noted that restoring citizens' trust in the government plays a key role in creating a state where the law is the same for everyone.
He added that the long-standing unresolved border issues have repeatedly led to serious, and sometimes tragic, incidents. "Resolving border issues is not just an achievement, but the foundation of sovereignty and national security. In this regard, I want to express my gratitude to Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich and the government commission he led," the president noted.
According to Japarov, the peaceful resolution of all disputed issues will open new horizons for strengthening good-neighborly relations with neighboring countries.
