Sadyr Japarov, the President of Kyrgyzstan, announced at the IV People's Kurultai that the net profit from the operations of "Kumtor" over the past three years amounted to an impressive $2 billion.
He also noted that in 2025, the net profit was $678 million.
"In addition, the joint-stock company 'Kyrgyzaltyn' demonstrated a profit of $200 million. The 'Makmal' enterprise, which was previously subsidized, has now earned $670 million. Similar successes are observed in the company 'Kyrgyz Temir Zholu'," Japarov added.
According to him, the country's economy is developing rapidly, and work in this direction will continue.
