At the IV People's Kurultai, the President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, reported on the outstanding achievements in the area of housing provision for citizens in 2025.
He noted that the State Mortgage Company is demonstrating unprecedented results. This year alone, over 4,600 families have become owners of new apartments, which accounts for 50% of the total number of residential units provided over the past four years. Since 2021, 9,250 families have been able to acquire their own housing.
The President emphasized that the "My Home" program has established itself as a people's project. This year, funding for housing construction has exceeded 40 billion soms, significantly surpassing the volumes of previous years.
He also added that construction is taking place in all corners of the country. Approximately 70,000 apartments are being built, most of which are located in Bishkek and the Chui region. However, state support also covers other regions, including Osh, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, Batken, Talas, and Naryn regions, where mortgage houses are also being constructed.
