During his speech at the IV People's Kurultai, President Sadyr Japarov emphasized that the resolution of border issues has become one of the significant achievements for Kyrgyzstan, highlighting the important role of the intergovernmental commission led by Kamchybek Tashiev.
For a long time, the absence of clearly defined state borders left Kyrgyzstan in a vulnerable position, making it a legally not fully formed state.
This uncertainty led to difficult periods and even conflicts, causing serious unrest among the people.
According to the president, the final resolution of border issues is not only an important achievement but also a foundation for the security and independence of the country.
"I want to express my gratitude to all members of the intergovernmental commission led by Kamchybek Kydyrshaevich," Japarov noted.
With the resolution of border issues, Kyrgyzstan has entered a new era of peace and mutual understanding.
The peaceful resolution of border disputes with neighboring states has created conditions for security not only in Kyrgyzstan but throughout Central Asia.
Now Kyrgyzstan will develop friendly and mutually respectful relations with its neighbors, as well as strengthen cooperation," the president added in his address.
