In 2025, Kyrgyzstan set new records in the field of housing construction, as stated by President Sadyr Japarov at the IV People's Kurultai.
He emphasized that the State Mortgage Company demonstrated unprecedented work rates, providing more than 4,600 families with their own apartments this year. This number accounts for 50% of the total housing issued over the past four years. Since 2021, 9,250 families have become homeowners.
“The 'My House' program has established itself as a successful people's project. This year, the volume of investments in housing construction exceeded 40 billion soms, which is significantly more than in previous years,” noted the president.
Japarov added that housing construction is actively underway across the country. Currently, about 70,000 apartments are being built, the majority of which are located in Bishkek and the Chui region. However, state support is also directed towards the Osh, Jalal-Abad, Issyk-Kul, Batken, Talas, and Naryn regions, where mortgage houses are being constructed.
