On December 26, during the People's Kurultai, President Sadyr Japarov responded to a question from a delegate from the Naryn region regarding the distribution of income from the Solton-Sary gold deposit.

The delegate proposed to allocate 2% of the taxes paid by companies involved in the development of the deposit to the local budget.

The president noted that this amount is already being transferred to the regional budget.

As for the distribution of funds, they are allocated as follows:


Additionally, as part of the social package, the Min-Bulak fund is allocated another 50 million soms.

“You have the opportunity to check how the funds are spent, whether they have been stolen. If you find evidence of theft, report it openly,” the president urged the delegates.

The Solton-Sary gold deposit is located in the Naryn region of Kyrgyzstan and includes the Buchuk, Ak-Tash, and Altyn-Tor sections. The total estimated gold reserves are about 20 tons.
