The delegate proposed to allocate 2% of the taxes paid by companies involved in the development of the deposit to the local budget.
The president noted that this amount is already being transferred to the regional budget.
As for the distribution of funds, they are allocated as follows:
- 60 million 603 thousand soms are directed to the "Tenir-Too" development fund in the Naryn region,
- 36 million 362 thousand soms go to the district development fund of the Naryn district,
- 24 million soms are received by the Min-Bulak development fund of the Min-Bulak aiyl okmotu in the Naryn district.
Additionally, as part of the social package, the Min-Bulak fund is allocated another 50 million soms.
“You have the opportunity to check how the funds are spent, whether they have been stolen. If you find evidence of theft, report it openly,” the president urged the delegates.
