Today, artificial intelligence (AI) poses a significant threat. This statement was made by Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu at the IV People's Kurultai.
“AI is rapidly invading people's lives. This is clearly visible. It is important to develop technologies, but measures should be taken in advance to avoid potential harm that may outweigh the benefits. Artificial intelligence has a strong impact on the educational sphere. Currently, schoolchildren and students actively use it when completing assignments and writing essays, relying on it rather than their own knowledge and abilities. We must teach children not to shift responsibility onto artificial intelligence,” he noted.
The deputy urged society to pay attention to this issue.
“What is most regrettable is that AI is capable of performing songs by artists such as Atai Ogombai, Myskal Omurkanova, and Toktogul. Society cannot distinguish who is a living person and who is AI. There are videos where the deceased speak. These are serious risks. We must take adequate measures,” added Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu.
