The initiative for the undiscussed adoption of the bills was proposed by Deputy Ulan Primov.
At an extraordinary meeting of the Committee on Finance, Budget, Entrepreneurship, and Competition Development, two significant bills were adopted without prior discussion.
Deputy Ulan Primov suggested not to delay the process and to immediately adopt the bills in three readings, as they would still be discussed at the plenary session of the parliament.
As a result, the committee members approved amendments to the laws "On the Budget of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2025 and the planned period of 2026–2027" and "On the Budget of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the planned period of 2027–2028."
