According to him, there are 36 wells in this area that are not being used. This leads to a deterioration of the ecology and the quality of drinking water due to the unexploited volume of gas in the region.
“We must benefit from the riches of nature, rather than leaving them idle,” the deputy noted.
In response, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, promised to conduct an inspection of this field during his upcoming trip to the Batken region.
The meeting took place in the context of discussing bills related to the republican budget.
