Among them are the construction of the Kambar-Ata HPP-1 and the railway from China to Kyrgyzstan to Uzbekistan, which will ensure the energy and transport security of the republic.

During the discussion, Kasymaliev urged committee members to support the projects in three readings, emphasizing the necessity of signing the law by the end of the year. However, Deputy Dastan Jumabekov expressed the opinion that this violates the regulations.

Nevertheless, the committees on finance, budget, entrepreneurship and competition development, constitutional legislation, state structure, local self-government and regulations, labor, health, women's affairs and social issues, agrarian policy, water resources, ecology and environmental protection, science, education, innovative development, culture, sports and youth policy, as well as industrial policy and transport approved the bills in three readings.
