Heads of foreign governments congratulate the head of the Cabinet and the people of the Kyrgyz Republic on the upcoming New Year

In the run-up to the New Year, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaliev, received congratulations from foreign leaders.

Premier Li Qiang from China sent a congratulatory card, expressing his best wishes for the holiday.

The Vice President of the UAE and Prime Minister of Dubai, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, also sent his congratulations, wishing health and happiness to the head of the Cabinet of Ministers and prosperity to the people of Kyrgyzstan.

In his message, he noted: “I extend my most sincere congratulations and best wishes to you, wishing you good health and happiness, and to the friendly Kyrgyz people - further development and prosperity.”

Alexander Turchin, the Prime Minister of Belarus, also congratulated Kasymaliev on the upcoming New Year.

He emphasized: “Please accept my most sincere and warm congratulations on the upcoming New Year. I am pleased to note that the relations between the Republic of Belarus and the Kyrgyz Republic are characterized by a high level of openness and trust.” Turchin expressed hope for further development of bilateral cooperation and wished health and well-being.

Congratulations also came from the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Bektanov.

“I sincerely congratulate you on the New 2026 year! The past year has been a year of friendship between Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan,” noted Bektanov, emphasizing the importance of further strengthening relations.

Kim Minsok, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea, also sent a congratulatory message.

He expressed gratitude for the friendship and cooperation, as well as wishing health and happiness in the new year.

Donald Tusk, the Prime Minister of Poland, also congratulated Kasymaliev.

His message spoke of a desire for personal well-being and success in state activities, as well as hope for the resolution of global conflicts.

Mikhail Mishustin, the head of the Russian government, joined in the congratulations.

He noted that in the outgoing year, relations between Russia and Kyrgyzstan continued to develop based on friendship and strategic partnership, and expressed hope for further cooperation.

Kohir Rasulzoda, the Prime Minister of Tajikistan, also congratulated his Kyrgyz colleague.

He wished for bright events and professional success in the coming year, emphasizing the good-neighborly ties between the countries.

Finally, Abdulla Aripov, the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan, sent his congratulations.

He wished health and family well-being to the head of the Cabinet and stability to the fraternal people of Kyrgyzstan.
