According to available information, the incident took place at 08:15 in the village of Petrovka on the Bishkek – Kara-Balta highway. Preliminary data indicates that a car traveling in the second lane towards Kara-Balta collided with an oncoming vehicle while turning at a traffic light. As a result of the impact, the car heading to Bishkek veered off the road, crossed a ditch, and crashed into a parked vehicle near a store.
One of the drivers, A. A. T., born in 1995, was urgently transported to the trauma department by ambulance with a diagnosis of closed traumatic brain injury (contused wound to the occipital region).
The incident was recorded by surveillance cameras at one of the stores in the area.
Currently, the district traffic safety department is conducting an investigation into all the circumstances of the traffic accident.
