If he does not rectify this violation within three days, he faces a fine of 3000 soms. Violations include the unauthorized placement of tree branches and the accumulation of ash from burning coal. Compliance with landscaping rules is the responsibility of everyone, according to Article 114 of the Code of Offenses of the KR."
