As reported by Turmush from the press service of the Osh Regional Court, the petition of the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the city of Osh was granted by the ruling of the Osh City Court dated December 20, 2025. The preventive measure in the form of detention for the former head of the municipal property management of the Osh City Hall, S.A.E., who has been charged under Article 337 Part 3 ("Abuse of official position resulting in serious harm through negligence") of the Criminal Code, has been extended until January 8, 2026.

By the ruling of the Osh City Court dated December 18, 2025, the preventive measure for the deputy director of the Osh branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the Ministry of Agriculture, Sh.K.S., who has been charged under Article 337 Part 3 of the Criminal Code, has been extended until January 8, 2026.
As reported by the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on December 30, 2025, suspects have been detained in the city of Osh for abuse of official position. The police received information that a land plot designated for social purposes, covering an area of 8,000 square meters, had illegally transitioned into private ownership in Osh.
Operatives from the Main Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and investigators from the Internal Affairs Directorate of Osh detained the suspects — the deputy director of the Osh branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography under the Ministry of Agriculture, Sh.K., born in 1978, and the former head of the municipal property management of the Osh City Hall, S.A., born in 1968. They have been placed in custody.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the land plot has been valued by the independent appraisal organization "Land Reforms South" at 200 million soms and has been returned to the balance of the municipal property management of the Osh City Hall.
As part of the investigation, other individuals involved in the crime are being identified.
