The press service of the Road Traffic Safety Department (UTSBD) of the Chui region's Internal Affairs Directorate provided the following information:
“A traffic accident was recorded with material losses; however, there were no casualties as a result of the incident. The truck was traveling from Bishkek towards the Issyk-Kul region. At the moment when the passenger car ahead signaled and began to maneuver towards the village of Milianfan, the truck driver lost control, which led to its overturning.”
