At a parliamentary meeting, member of the Jogorku Kenesh Eldar Suimanov drew attention to serious problems faced by residents of the village of Kyzyl-Kyshtak in the city of Osh, concerning the school named after Madamin Nazarov and the local maternity hospital.

According to Suimanov, the school is in extremely unsatisfactory condition and does not meet the requirements for full-fledged education. Forced to leave their classrooms, children are attending classes in the premises of the FAP (Field-Attached Post) and the mosque, which jeopardizes the safety and quality of the educational process.

The deputy noted that the project for a new school has already been completed and has passed all necessary examinations. However, the issue of including this facility in the construction plan for the current year remains unresolved. He emphasized that, despite already approved projects in the republican capital construction plan, the situation with this school requires immediate resolution, as children continue to study in extremely difficult conditions.

As for the maternity hospital, Suimanov stated that although the institution is in satisfactory technical condition, it has not been operational for almost a year due to a lack of funding. In a village with a population of up to 60,000 people, the closure of the maternity hospital creates significant difficulties for local women, the deputy added.

To resume the operation of the maternity hospital, according to the deputy, it is necessary to allocate funds for 11-12 staff positions, as well as for the purchase of necessary medical equipment and consumables. He emphasized that the opening of the maternity hospital would significantly simplify women's access to medical services, freeing them from the need to travel to other areas of the city.
