During the event, Kasymaliev familiarized the city hall staff with the decrees of President Sadyr Japarov. “You all know Janar Kubanychovich well. He has experience working in the Jogorku Kenesh and has been elected as a deputy several times. Currently, many infrastructure projects are being implemented in Osh that require continuation. Zhenishbek Shermamotovich [Toktorbaev] did an excellent job, and the results of the board meeting the day before confirmed this, assessing the activities of the city hall as 'Good' [‘Jakshy’]. Kasymaliev also emphasized that it is important not to interfere in political processes. “The main thing is the fulfillment of duties by municipal employees, as well as the clear work of the city hall leadership and other government bodies.
