Talaybek Ibraev also noted that out of 15 investment agreements, five have already been initiated by investors engaged in the design and construction of solar and wind power plants. In addition, work continues on expanding gasification in populated areas, modernizing infrastructure, and implementing programs for preferential connections.

During the discussion, Deputy Erkinbek Isenaliev raised the importance of gasification in the Kemin district, stating that this would reduce the load on the energy system. Deputy Temirlan Aitieff drew attention to the development of renewable energy sources, emphasizing their significance for the sustainable development of the sector.

Karybek uulu Ulukbek expressed concern over the sharp increase in gas tariffs in October-November of last year, pointing out the social significance of this issue and the need for accountability from those who allowed the situation to arise.

Deputy General Director of Gazprom LLC Azamat Aldayev reported that the failure in processing telemetry signals was caused by server overload at the end of 2025; however, the problem has now been resolved.

Deputy Mederbek Sakkaraev also raised the topic of tariff policy and electricity price forecasts until 2030. Minister Ibraev stated that starting from May 1, 2026, the electricity tariff will be 1.64 soms per kWh, and by 2030 it will rise to 3.40 soms. From May 1 of this year, a night tariff for commercial consumers will be introduced, which will be 1.25% lower.

Deputy Bakhrydin Shabazov proposed to replace the outdated power lines in the village of Druzhba in the Issyk-Ata district, as the poles are in poor condition. Deputy Talaybek Masabirov raised the issue of reducing commercial losses and implementing automated electricity accounting systems (AES). Additionally, Deputy Rakhmat Junushbaeva inquired about the current state of electricity shortages in the country and measures to overcome the energy crisis.
