The Internal Affairs Department of the Issyk-Kul region reported that materials related to the incident were registered at the Ak-Suu District Police Department on March 15, 2026. An initial investigation is currently underway regarding hooliganism and violations of public order. "At this moment, necessary investigative measures are being conducted to identify the individuals captured in the video and assess their actions. Additional information will be provided following the investigation," law enforcement agencies stated.
