Linar Amerkhanov, a native of Osh and a student at Kazan Federal University, contacted the editorial office of 24.kg for help. He described a serious problem that his family is facing due to the construction of a residential complex by the company "Makskom" on Kasymov Street. This construction has led to the destruction of many houses, including theirs.
Linar's mother, Aniya Amerkhanova, lives in house No. 3 on Kasymov Street. After the death of her grandmother, she officially inherited this house.
Linar reported that representatives of the construction company offered his mother compensation in the form of an apartment in the new residential complex, which is scheduled to be completed only in 2027. He noted that the terms of the contract raise serious concerns for them, as they could leave her without housing.
In this regard, Linar's mother refused to sign the contract and instead proposed a monetary compensation for the purchase of another home, but the company did not agree to this option.
After that, according to Linar, his mother began to face pressure. He reported that a representative of the Osh city administration threatened her and applied psychological pressure, trying to force her to agree to the company's terms.
He also emphasized that company employees entered their property without permission and began dismantling their belongings.
According to Linar, the fence, gates, fruit trees, and part of the outbuildings were demolished from their property. He considers these actions illegal and a violation of the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On March 13, 2026, the road leading to the family's house was destroyed.
“Now it has become almost impossible to reach the house, which poses a danger to the residents,” Linar added.
He also mentioned that their house is located on a slope, and as a result of constant construction work and heavy machinery movement, cracks have appeared in the building.
“The house was built many decades ago, and we are afraid that it may collapse,” Linar noted.

The family tried to draw the attention of the relevant authorities by calling the Ministry of Emergency Situations, but they did not arrive. A request was also sent to the Osh city administration, but according to Linar, they ignored it.
“A police unit arrived at the scene, but no measures were taken,” he added.

Linar reported that they have already filed official complaints with the prosecutor's office and the Osh city administration. However, according to him, the situation has not been resolved and continues to worsen for almost a month.
“I am in Kazan, and it is very hard for me to know that my mother and younger sister are in such a dangerous situation, and I cannot be there to protect them,” he concluded.
