On March 16, 2026, as a result of operational-search activities, employees of the State Committee for National Security of Kyrgyzstan detained the organizer and his accomplice, involved in a channel of illegal migration of foreign citizens, known by the names "A.M." and "I.T.V."
As part of regular activities to combat illegal migration, it was established that they were engaged in forgery and sale of medical certificates of form No.086, necessary for medical examination of foreign citizens, which allowed them to extend their stay in Kyrgyzstan.
According to the State Committee for National Security, a citizen of Pakistan named "A.M." was detained in Bishkek, who was selling medical certificates to citizens of Pakistan and Bengal without actual medical examination. He was assisted by a medical worker from the National Hospital, known as "I.T.V.".
During a search at the addresses of "A.M." and "I.T.V.", more than 160 medical certificates were found and seized, which were used to process visas allowing foreigners to stay in the Kyrgyz Republic.
It is important to note that against the backdrop of an outbreak of the "Nipah" virus in South Asian countries, which is characterized by high mortality, the presence of foreign citizens in Kyrgyzstan without medical examination poses a serious threat to the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the country, affecting national security issues.
The State Committee for National Security urges foreign citizens to comply with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic to avoid negative consequences.
Currently, operational-search activities are ongoing to identify other participants in this illegal migration scheme, and active work is being carried out in this direction.
